  If you need to adjust your frame rate, click the down arrow next ssony the Frame Rate box and choose the frame rate which matches your video. I have deleted the cache and done other things but still nothing works. This happened to me last March still Win 7 that time - but I'm using VP13and felt a bit heavy too during editing.❿     ❿
